（路透墨西哥市27日電）墨西哥億萬富豪史林（CarlosSlim）今天召開記者會，回應美國總統川普日前威脅要對墨國商品課徵大筆關稅，造成墨西哥披索大跌，並讓重度仰賴美國市場的墨國經濟憂心忡忡。
史林在川普競選美國總統期間曾出面反對他，但在11月8日大選之後，曾與勝選的川普共進晚餐。
史林在記者會上表示，川普意在促進美國經濟成長的各項政策也將推升墨國經濟，並提供工作機會給旅居美國的墨西哥勞工。
史林說，「美國情勢對墨國非常有利。」
史林援引川普的著作和其他文章指出，在美國的墨西哥勞工將受惠於川普的基礎建設計畫。但他警告說，美國的保護主義和其他經濟政策的變革，或許會創造可刷卡一些工作機會，但恐怕會傷害到數以百萬計的美國消費者。
詢及川普計畫在美墨邊界築牆的問題，史林回答，阻擋非法移民的最好的方法，就是推動能在墨西哥創造更多契機和工作的投資。中央社（翻譯）

南美洲國家委內瑞拉坐擁龐大石油，但現在卻陷入糧食嚴重短缺的危機。總統馬杜羅求助軍方全權處理糧食配送，但是軍方介入後，不但沒有改善糧荒問題，反而趁火打劫，中飽私囊。

南美洲產油大國委內瑞拉經濟深陷危機，因為石油收入銳減，糖、麵粉、牛奶等進口民生物資嚴重短缺，加上當局管理不當以及投機商囤積居奇，逼得三餐不繼的民眾走上街頭抗議，要求總統馬杜羅下台。馬杜羅遂求助軍方，讓軍方將領全權處理糧食配送。
但是軍方介入後，不但沒有改善糧荒問題，反而趁火打劫、中飽私囊。食品雜貨商坎普思（Jose Campos）說，店裡要補貨時，他就在三更半夜到軍方經營的地下黑店購買玉米粉，售價是官定價格的100倍。他說：「一包包裝滿錢的袋子放在那裡，由軍方守著。而軍方一定有我要買的東西。」
糧食生意 比毒品夯
美國政府也發現委國軍方走私糧食從中牟取暴利的嚴重性。檢方已著手調查，打算揪出可能涉嫌透過美國金融管道洗錢的委國高官。
協助監督邊界安全的退休將領艾爾卡拉（Cliver Alcala）說：「最近糧食生意比毒品還夯。」
委國的糧食幾乎全靠進口，因油價重挫、連帶委幣大幅貶值，加上公權力不彰貪汙舞弊猖獗，糧價因而居高不下。軍方接管後，民眾仍得用高於市價好幾倍的價格才買得到糧食，讓軍方坐享暴利。
2004年，前總統查維茲將委內瑞拉改造成以石油收入補貼一切的社會主義國家，國家提供了低價的一切物資，導致國內生產誘因不足，大部分耕地荒廢、工廠一個個關門，多數民生物資愈來愈仰賴進口。為免哄抬，政府祭出糧食等基本物資採固定價格，但在售價不能反映成本情況下，商家自然不會做賠本生意，物資愈來愈短缺。2013年接任的馬杜羅被迫宣布限購，當然這招也完全無用，最終國家落得大排長龍搶購、搶劫暴動頻傳的困境。支付回扣 才准卸貨
全球三大食物貿易商擔心捲入軍方貪汙混水，已停止和委國政府交易。另一名南美商人透露，前年支付數百萬美元回扣給委國官員，其中800萬美元給了糧食部長的部屬。
像他這樣的中間商之所以能支付大筆回扣給官員，因為獲利的確非常驚人。例如前年出口玉米至委國，5,200萬美元合約中，高達2,000萬美元是高於市價溢價，800萬美元作為回扣而言只是九牛一毛。
儘管委國國防部長誓言肅貪，但是從港口到店家一路都有貪汙影子。北部糧食進口大港卡貝略港（Puerto Cabello）作業員透露，官員有時會扣船，直到商家支付回扣才准卸貨。卸貨後，海關人員跟著索賄。若不給錢，官員寧可讓糧食留在原地任其過期腐敗。
卡貝略港一名作業員表示，前年目睹官員銷毀數百個冷凍貨櫃裡過期壞掉的雞肉、豬肉、豆子。同時也有人每周上街排隊，只為買一隻雞。
就算食物上了貨櫃車運往各地，但索賄並未停止，高速公路崗哨臨檢時，要行賄軍方，平均半數以上的軍方會索賄。
到了軍人掌控的商家，即行賄鏈最尾端，又得扒一層皮。麵包商費雷拉（Jose Ferreira）每次買糖都開2張支票，一張買糖費用（1磅0.2毛，公定價），一張回扣金額（1磅0.6毛）。他無奈地說：「我們別無選擇。」
